The breakfast offered a nice variety of food. Staff were attentive at breakfast and kept everything tidy. The air conditioning in my room worked very well. It was a great bonus given the warm weather.

The bathroom extractor fan did not work. This. I had to keep the door open to air it out.

I found the staff at check-in and check-out to be SO helpful and cute. Dante was particularly super. Breakfast was fabulous with good quality, hot food, and plenty of choice. I also appreciated the breakfast staff as they were really attentive.

The rooms seemed a little old, and the decor needed a spruce up.

The room was quite disappointing. The carpets looked dirty, and the bath had a noticeable chip. The bathroom fan did not function, and the bathroom door as well as the bath panel seemed to be rotting (not something I expected).

The location is very convenient! It is close to an underground station, about a two-minute walk. I found the staff to be helpful . I selected the breakfast option. It included many food choices and seemed fairly priced.

I found the shower temperature to be inconsistent. It fluctuated from warm to cold without warning. This made showering somewhat unpleasant and difficult.

The fitness center features a limited but adequate selection of equipment. I saw three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a set of free weights there. The area seemed clean and well-maintained!

The staff looked really helpful and friendly. They knew about the surroundings. they seemed interested in what i planned to see and do . the room was indeed lovely and quite clean. This impressed me a lot. breakfast featured great food that tasted hot and was plentiful.

i arrived at the hotel quite early, around 11 am, knowing that check-in started at 3 pm. i was offered early check-in, though it required an additional £40, a cost that surprised me, this seemed rather odd. all i wanted to do was hang clothes up before a wedding.
